A ham in my house usually last long and was one that was already well little and they dry out more, though to take advantage of making some delicious pea soup with ham, so I get to work.
Ingredients:
Peas
extra virgin olive oil Salt
Preparation:
Cut the ham into small cubes and put it to fry with a little olive oil, when you add color picking peas, some garlic pressed and we do.
Before serving add salt, if we see that it is necessary and serve hot.
