Roast potatoes fried

I bring a recipe a bit peculiar, because the main ingredient is not so easy to find, in my case because recently I have made slaughter, which is no longer common, but it gave us and is an incredible trabajazo, but then it is worth having fresh meat and homemade sausages, among other things, and I will be teaching or doing recetillas with them.

Today we eat "fried Blood", I leave the list of ingredients :
  • pig blood (that from a pig, over 3-4 liters) (kill self)
  • 2 kg of onions
  • 1 or chilli pepper (optional) (my garden)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sal
With these amounts out several servings, so after using the freezer:)


Preparation

1. Peel and chop onions and put them to soften in a large skillet with a little olive oil, chilli and salt. When they are transparent aside and reserve.

2. cast in the same pan blood with a little salt and we are doing until thick and take a brown color, stirring occasionally to be making smaller pieces, because if you are not a part.

3. When we see that the blood is done add the onion, stirring to mix and serve hot.




Here is a little more closely, do not know why the color is not the same, I guess I did not jump at the first flash .
