Today for lunch: Spicy potatoes
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of potatoes
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- few drops of tabasco
- extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:
Peel, chop coarsely and wash the potatoes.
slightly salted potatoes and fry in hot olive oil.
While making a cast cuenquecito tomato sauce and a little tabasco and mix well.
Once the potatoes are browned we take over the tomato sauce.
